These are the most Missouri law lets a notary charge. Trip fees and online fees are separate from the notary fee. Missouri law does not set or require them. We agree on them before I start.

You may need an apostille. It is a seal from the State of Missouri. It shows other countries that your paper is real.
I check your paper and notarize it if needed. For a copy, like a passport page, you sign that it is a true copy, and I notarize that.
The Missouri Secretary of State has an office in Springfield. I bring your paper there for the apostille.
You get it back, ready for countries that accept apostilles, like Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Russia.
Birth, marriage, or divorce papers? Missouri notaries can't copy those. Order a certified copy from the office that keeps them. Then the state can add the apostille. FBI checks go to the U.S. State Department instead.
I speak English, Russian, and Azerbaijani. Missouri law says you must talk with your notary in a language you both know. With me, you can.
